Personally, my experience at The One has been great. The work orders that I’ve put in have been answered in a reasonably timely manner, management has checked in to make sure they were completed, the people at the front desk are always kind and helpful, and the amenities are so nice! The area is nice as well- only a few minutes from Texas Tech University, a one minute drive from Walmart (it’s right across the street), and there’s a lot to do nearby. To top everything off, rent is affordable!
